Get to know Morgan Bechtold, Bid Assistant + Registration Concierge.

Morgan has been working events since the tender age of 9, when she accompanied her Mom on a catering job! She was instantly hooked by the hustle and bustle of the evening. In fact, to this day, one of her favorite things about events is the adrenaline rush that comes with seeing all of the hours of planning unfold. That, and watching guests have a marvelous time. (One of the best things Morgan has ever experienced at an event was watching Amanda Valley start a chainsaw!)

Morgan graduated from Southern Oregon University with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies, with minors in Spanish and Latin American studies. She got into the nonprofit world while in college. She interned at a student-run advocacy org. This solidified her passion for event planning and grassroots advocacy. Morgan currently serves as Operations Manager for our beloved long-term partner, the Oregon League of Conservation Voters. 

Morgan has a unique hobby – hula hooping. She uses this talent to perform in a children’s circus. And like most everyone on the Marquam Agency team, Morgan LOVES singing karaoke!
