Get to know Colin Crader II, Bid Assistant + Photographer.

A nonprofit champ, Colin holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon (go Ducks!). He also has a Certificate in Nonprofit Fundraising and Executive Leadership from The People’s Nonprofit Accelerator, where he serves as Executive Director.

Colin is a first-generation Filipino-American
(his mother is a Filipino immigrant, and his fa-
ther and namesake is a retired Master Sergeant
of the U.S. Air Force) and openly gay.

He’s all about building community! Colin has been working nonprofit fundraising and events for more than a decade. He was hooked after attending his very first, in 2012, in support of the San Francisco LGBT Center. He loved the glitz and glamor, but even more so – the sense of community. Colin also uses his poli sci degree working on political campaigns highlighting the aspirations and struggles faced by communities of color and the LGBTQ community.

Colin is a talented photographer and loves photographing events supporting the causes he believes in. And like many others on the Marquam staff, you’ll often find Colin singing karaoke in his free time (70s funk and fusion, 90s rock and pop are his faves)!
