Get to know Amy Phillips, Writer + Content Creator

Amy is a talented storyteller, speech and scriptwriter. She has always been a huge fan of words, stories and people. She graduated from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a double major in journalism and English lit. Amy began her career in TV news as a writer and producer. From there, she took a position as the booking producer at Good Day Oregon before she ultimately landed as the Executive Producer with a local news station. Amy managed daily newsroom operations, including the planning, production, and execution of all newscasts before finally trading in her post to be a stay-at-home mom and nonprofit advocate.
